RBF Realty, Inc. was founded in 2002 by Robert Feingold to offer
specialty brokerage services to his clients. Mr. Feingold has practiced law
since 1972 with substantial emphasis on real estate transactions, both
commercial and residential. RBF Realty, Inc. concentrates in buyer
representation and sealed bid auctions. As a "buyer's broker", Mr.
Feingold offers his extensive experience in site selection, negotiating
acquisitions, financing and closing transactions for his clients. As a
developer's representative, Mr. Feingold assists clients in selecting a site
already on the market or by identifying and acquiring a site not yet on the
market, obtaining permitting and financing. In selling properties through
the sealed bid process, Mr. Feingold provides an extremely efficient,
cost-effective method of getting the best net proceeds for his clients.
